1. Application

Once you submit your application, it will be automatically entered into our HR system, and you'll receive an immediate confirmation that we've received your application. We will endeavour to review your documents quickly and respond promptly.

2. HR interview

If the skills and experience listed in your CV match the current needs of our team, we will contact you by phone and invite you to a HR interview.

3. Technical task *

After a successful HR interview, our engineers will prepare technical task that you will receive along with details on how to proceed and a defined time for completing the task.

4. Technical Interview *

We aim to review your completed task promptly and additionaly ask you related tehnical questions on the technical interview.

5. Selection Process

After a successful interview, we will make you an individual contract offer as soon as possible.

6. Welcome to globalsoft!

Your individual on-boarding process with us begins when you accept your contract. Your new workplace will be set up and you will begin our individual induction process into your new job.
