Flexibility

Our employees are our most valuable resource, and we offer them the best working environment: they are provided with state-of-the-art Apple equipment in modern and technologically well-equipped offices. Your working location is flexible; our offices in Široki Brijeg and Mostar are at your disposal and you can also combine those two locations according to your own needs and the needs of your project and/or client. Besides the location, the working hours are also flexible, you can fit your workday between 07:00 and 17:00. Depending on the position in the company, employees can also work remotely for a certain portion of the working week, while senior developers have the option of full-time remote work. As a member of Daniel Speyer GmbH, globalsoft offers the possibility to travel and work from the offices of other members of the group in Germany, with paid travel and accommodation expenses.

What we’re looking for

As a Sales Manager, you will work independently on the acquisition of new customers via telephone (outbound) in the DACH region, and the expansion and maintenance of your own customer base through personal consulting and support. You will also be in charge of creating individual offers and following them up to a successful conclusion. If you are results-oriented and love working with clients, we’d love to hear from you!

What we expect from you

Native german speaker
Previous sales experience would be ideal
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A goal-driven mindset
Confident handling of the MS Office package
Ideally, knowledge of Salesforce
Ability to work as part of a team
